Subscription Cancellation Policy
Your Freedom, Always
Femininity subscriptions are designed to fit your ritual, never to bind you. There are no minimum commitments, and you may pause, skip, or cancel at any time.
How to Cancel
Sign in to your Femininity account, open Manage Subscriptions, and select Cancel. You may also contact our Connoisseur Concierge at hello@femininity.vip, and we will cancel it for you.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
To avoid your next charge, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in your account and in the reminder email we send before each charge.
Orders Already Processed
Once a renewal has been charged, that order will be prepared and shipped. Unopened items from that order may be returned under our Return and Refund Policy.
Pausing or Skipping
Prefer a break rather than goodbye? You may pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery anytime from your account.
Price Changes
If a subscription price ever changes, we will notify you by email before your next charge, giving you time to adjust or cancel.
