At Femininity, your absolute satisfaction is our highest pursuit. We take immense pride in the artisanal quality and clinical efficacy of our creations. If a formulation does not perfectly align with your skincare journey, we welcome you to initiate a return within 7 days of delivery

The Return Process

To ensure a seamless experience, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Initiation
Contact our Connoisseur Concierge team at hello@femininity.vip with your order reference number to request a return.

Complimentary Return Assistance
Upon approval, our Connoisseur Concierge will provide the appropriate return or resolution instructions for your order. When a physical return is required, any applicable prepaid return instructions will be provided directly to you.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories and materials. For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, or altered beauty and personal-care products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Evaluation

Once your return is received, our team will evaluate the item within 3–5 business days.

Reimbursement
Approved returns will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow your financial institution a few business days to process the transaction.

Exclusions & Limitations

Damaged Deliveries

If your creation arrives damaged during transit, please notify us at hello@femininity.vip within 48 hours of receipt with photographic documentation so we may dispatch an immediate replacement.

Gift Purchases

Items received as a complimentary gift or promotional pairing are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
